Post Harvest Operations Facility

Our post-harvest operations facility is designed to ensure efficient, hygienic, and high-quality seed processing from harvested fruits to final storage. The facility includes dedicated units for seed extraction, washing, fermentation, automated seed treatment, drying, and cleaning, ensuring proper handling at every stage of processing.

The infrastructure is equipped with Seed Extraction Units, Seed Washing and Fermentation Areas, Automated Seed Treatment Systems, Seed Drying Areas and Seed Pre-Cleaner Machines to maintain high seed purity, uniformity, and viability. An organized Wet Seeds Procurement System ensures timely collection and quick processing of freshly harvested seed material.

All operations are carried out under the supervision of experienced technical staff, following strict quality protocols to maintain high genetic purity, seed health, and industry-standard quality levels. Processed seeds are subsequently stored in controlled storage conditions to preserve their germination and physiological quality until dispatch.
